
Swift have maintained their outstanding customer satisfaction rating for a fourth year running. This is particularly impressive when the substantial increase in activity is taken into account. Swift look back on a record year for business with even better forecast to come in 2017 / 18. Over recent years the rating has been 99%, 96%, 99% and 98% respectively.
Martin Lawson, company director, says: “We are all delighted with these results. Every single member of the team, from the initial enquiry through to handing over the keys, is responsible for providing a service that makes the whole process so pleasurable. We all love our job… and we all share personal values that match those of the company. To maintain that level of service while being so busy is very rewarding… knowing that we are successfully keeping our clients’ needs at the front of all priorities.”
The survey is conducted by IWA.biz, the providers of the insurance backing for the 10 year warranties that Swift provide to all clients. IWA request feedback from every client and compile their results every year. As well as being rewarding to see these exceptional figures, it is also a requirement of IWA that their very high standards are met.
