I cannot overstate the work ethic of the team that worked onsite. They grafted. Rain, hail and wind was always against them and they just got on with it. Given that the work was carried out in the middle of Winter the lack of daylight hours was also no challenge for them, they just mounted spot-lights and worked some more. The end result was a credit to the men.
